The rates are based on how much room you need:
    • 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sleeps 28 people $675/night
    • 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeps 12 people $550/night

    - Above rates are non-holidays
    - $150 non-refundable cleaning fee ($250 for 6 bedrooms)
    - $500 security deposit
    - 25% down upon booking reservation
    - Full amount due 30 days prior to arrival
    - Full refund if cancelled 15 days prior to arrival
    - Full refund if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival less the cleaning fee
    - No pets
    - No smoking
    - No wood fire pits, camp fires or stoves
